Who We Are

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing dogs from high-kill shelters in Southern California and the southern United States and street dogs from the Rio Grande Valley in Texas. Our mission is to save as many lives as possible by providing these vulnerable dogs with the care, shelter, and love they need to thrive. Our work involves a comprehensive rescue process that includes:

Rescue and Transportation: We partner with local shelters and volunteers to identify dogs at risk of euthanasia. Once identified, we arrange safe transport to our facilities or foster homes.

Medical Care: Upon arrival, each dog receives a thorough veterinary examination. We provide necessary medical treatments, vaccinations, spaying or neutering, and any other required care to ensure they are healthy and ready for adoption.

Foster and Adoption Programs: We place dogs in foster homes where they can receive individualized care and attention while we search for permanent adoptive families. Our adoption process ensures each dog is matched with the best possible home, considering the needs and lifestyle of both the dog and the potential adopter.

Through these efforts, we strive to reduce the number of dogs euthanized in high-kill shelters, improve animal welfare, and create a community of compassionate and responsible pet owners. By rescuing dogs in desperate need and finding them loving homes, we not only save lives but also enrich the lives of the families who welcome these wonderful animals into their hearts.
